Frankenstein, explained by Amani A.
In the novel Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley, Victor Frankenstein sought what is possibly the most forbidden knowledge that man has been trying to figure out for centuries: the secret of life. This practice was forbidden, however, for many different reasons, such as funding, violation of other deceased loved ones, and so on. Overall, after all of the grief and troubles that Victor has put himself through, it can be said that it wasn't worth to try and recreate life.
