Patrick M. Riddle

I can be tall and thin

Or short and fat,

My head remains covered

And my face lights it up

Turn me on or turn me off

Whenever I burn out

I always need a good screw

You can hang me upside down

Or I can sit on your table

Take a guess at what I am?
